Amb. Marcel Tibaleka testing out one of the URSUS tractors
Amb. Marcel Tibaleka, who is sourcing for the establishment a tractor assembling plant in Uganda, has visited the URSUS Tractors and Farm Machinery plant in Lublin, Poland. During his visit he had a chance to look at the full range of tractors of the new URSUS A series exported to Africa.

He was conducted through the Plant by Mr. Karol Zarajczyk, President of URSUS, and shown the process of assembling new transmissions for the African region, which are produced under license by Massey Ferguson, basing on locally produced components. He also inspected the full range of URSUS tractors and farm machinery like round balers, manure spreaders, trailers of new D series and front loaders TUR. Production is done in the newly renovated hall equipped according to the highest European standards. The new hall has i.a. a new paintshop, a cutting and processing section with state-of-the-art machines.

Amb. Tibaleka then proceeded to look at an electric bus, the newest work of the URSUS company.
URSUS embodies over 120 years of development of mechanization of the Polish agriculture, gathering experience and cultivation of industrial traditions on the basis of the national capital.

The business profile of the Company is production and sales of tractors and agricultural machinery. In its range of products URSUS focuses on quality of manufacturing and modern design.
